The general objective of this operation is to improve the health conditions of the MSP population, by expanding access and increasing the quality of health services, consolidating the RAS in the most vulnerable regions of the municipality. Its specific objectives are: (i) improve access to the hospital services of the Direct Management RHMSP (ii) improve the quality of the MSP's health services; (iii) increase the efficiency of the Directly Management RHMSP hospitals; and (iv) strengthen the integration of the Direct Management RHMSP hospitals with the other levels of care.
