This project rehabilitates and upgrades the Trimmu and Panjnad barrages on the Chenab River and builds institutional capacity in flood risk management. The project will enhance the FPC of the Trimmu barrage to 23,220 m3s-1. The project will enhance the Panjnad barrage's FPC to 24,495 m3s-1.
The funding for this project is divided as follows:
