According to the bank website, "Tranche 4 will support a slice of the Tamil Nadu tourism sector road map through the preservation and development of natural and cultural heritage, creation of tourism support and connectivity infrastructure, and provision of capacity building for improved destination management and marketing. The scope includes clean energy solar photovoltaic panel installations at government-owned tourist facilities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote energy efficiency."
