Project Description

The general development objective of this operation is to advance the digital transformation of states and municipalities to increase satisfaction and generate savings for citizens and companies in the use of public services. The specific development objectives are: (i) expand investment in digital transformation programs in states and municipalities; and (ii) expand the offer and use of digital public services.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
