This will entail: (i) advancing the implementation of energy reform through support to the Energy Authority of Suriname; (ii) increasing the reliability of the power system and promoting the diversification of the energy matrix through financing related pre-investment activities; and (iii) expanding electricity coverage through a combination of grid extension and off-grid systems.
