This project fund rehabilitation of irrigation and roads caused by flooding in 2014, specifically small scale irrigation, including canals, intakes, and retaining walls, as well as rural road infrastructure will be rebuilt in the 15 worst affected provinces. Additionally, larger scale irrigation system infrastructure in three provinces will be repaired, especially the village roads.
