Project Description

According to the bank's documents, "The project development objective is to increase road capacity, enhance quality of maintenance, improve safety and support the institutional development of Tamil Nadu's tranport and logistics sectors."

"The parent project, the Second Tamil Nadu Road Support Project, supports the GoTN’s broader state highway development initiative, through three components: (A) Network Improvement; (B) Institutional Capacity Enhancement; and (C) Road Safety."
