Project Description
The project seeks to improve safe and climate-resilient road connectivity along the National Highway 19 Central Highlands-Central Coast corridor for the road users and local population in Vietnam". The project will be considered and engaged road safety and climate change situations. The Project will finance the following components: Component 1: Road Improvements (estimated cost of US$ 145m including contingencies). Component 2: Implementation Support (estimated cost of US$ 8.7m including contingencies) with following actions: Designing detailed plans for road, bridges, and bypass improvements, supervise the constructions, and monitor the safeguards aspects. Climate change impacts will be considered as the important key actor.
