The transaction consists of a committed revolving line of credit for up to US$15 million to finance accounts receivable originating from the export of bananas and other fruits to select buyers of Tropical Marketing Associated ("TMA"), a commercial arm and subsidiary of C.I. Union de Bananeros de Uraba, the main exporter of bananas and plantains in Colombia. The transaction aims to strengthen TMA's working capital terms and support the growth of exports of bananas and other fruits to Europe from Colombian SME producers. Additionally, an uncommitted tranche is included for up to US$10 million for new investments in Colombia for the years 2022 and/or 2023.
