According to the bank's website, the project "will support the construction and operation of an 88-megawatt wind farm in Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam".
The funds will be outsourced from the following:
1. Japan (15 million USD) - approved
2. Climate Innovation and Development Fund (5 million USD) - approved
3. Ordinary capital resources (35 million USD) - approved
4. Commercial Lenders (56.4 million USD) - approved
