This project finances the upgrade and reconstruction of a 299km road section between the capitals and administration centers of Aktobe and Atyrau provinces in western Kazakhstan, and introduce key features of a transport information system.
This project is being co-financed for an amount of US$273 million by the Islamic Development Bank.
