De acuerdo con el IDB Invest, el proyecto consiste en la estructuracion de un bono verde privado internacional, vinculado a objetivos de sostenibilidad para Mobiliare Latam S.A., destinado a financiar el desarrollo, adquisicion y expansion de activos inmobiliarios industriales y logisticos en America Latina. La estructura permitira a la Compania acceder a financiamiento de mediano y largo plazo con mayor flexibilidad para ejecutar proyectos bajo estandares ambientales y sociales.
El objetivo principal es apoyar la expansion del portafolio regional bajo criterios de sostenibilidad y eficiencia operativa, promoviendo la generacion de empleo y el fortalecimiento de la infraestructura industrial en la region, con la participacion de BID Invest como estructurador y catalizador de financiamiento sostenible.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
