Project Description
This project funds the creation of a new model for Paraguay's civil registry offices, specifically at the regional level. Specifically, it funds a national review of the regional Paraguayan government offices, initiates a pilot program for strengthening the civil service, and disseminates knowledge on Paraguay's new model for government offices.
