Project Description

According to the IADB, the Technical Cooperation's objective is to develop an experimental evaluation to estimate the impact of participation in 'Cuidarte', a program offering weekly home visits to children under 4 years old in poverty and extreme poverty living in rural and indigenous areas of Panama, on the quality of the home environment and on children's development.
