The Inter-American Development Bank has released little information abou this project as of the time of writing. On their website, it says that the objective of the project is to promote a model to generate digital entrepreneurs through open innovation linkage with anchor companies' corporate venturing of finance and lositics sectors. These are the two areas in which the company has a competitive advantage with respect to other countries in the region and has a potential to transform the economy by digitization states the Bank.
Bank funding will come from the Small Enterprise Investment Facility, but the Bank has not specified the type of investment.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
