According to the bank's website, the project seeks to "improve the implementation of gender responsive budgeting in Indonesia. This will be achieved through strengthening the policy framework and enhancing the capacity of the government to do so. With the assumptions that outputs are delivered, and recommendations are accepted by the government, the project will be able to contribute to enhancement of gender equality in Indonesia."
