According to the Bank's website, the project provides financin to the Government of Turkey to fund the provision of e-learning to school-age children during and following the COVID-19 pandemic. The project envisages expanding the operation of online education system, development of IT infrastructure for classroom-online learning, development of digital educational content, teacher training.
