Project Description

The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the digital transformation of the ALEPH system through the development of an integrated, interoperable, and automated platform that consolidates, standardizes, and analyzes data from multiple institutional sources. The platform will provide advanced analytical tools and user-friendly services for internal and external stakeholders, enabling reliable and traceable labor market information flows to support evidence-based decision-making, policy monitoring, and transparency.

If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
