Project Description

According to the IADB, the general objective of the Program is to consolidate complete educational trajectories (access, learning, and promotion) and their resilience to climate change (CC). The specific objectives are: (i) to increase the supply of climate-resilient educational services, focusing on early childhood and secondary education levels; (ii) to improve school leadership and pedagogical practices to enhance the quality of learning outcomes; (iii) to expand access to inclusive educational services for children with disabilities (SwD); (iv) to increase the educational reintegration of returned migrant populations; and (v) to strengthen education management capacities, including those that incorporate mitigation and adaptation measures to address CC (such as the development of a project portfolio, and monitoring and impact reporting), thereby contributing to enhancing the country's conditions for access to climate financing.
