Genomawork, one of the proposals selected from the call for proposals in gender and artificial intelligence, is a technological platform, available in Spanish, English and Portuguese, for recruitment and selection that, through games and Artificial Intelligence (AI), allows the selection of the best talent. The purpose of Genomawork is to "level the playing field" in the labor market, so that people, especially those who are victims of discrimination and bias, can find the best talent.who are victims of discrimination and bias, can compete on equal terms, shine for their talent and not be penalized for theirtalent and are not penalized because of their gender, social or academic background or lack of networks.
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
