The objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to generate information to support the design and start-up of the Employment Promotion Program (BO-L1205) implemented by the Bank in the Labor Markets and Social Security sector in Bolivia. The specific objectives of the TC are (i) to analyze the barriers to labor insertion and inclusion that affect groups with additional challenges in the Bolivian labor market and to propose response policies; and (ii) generate information for the analysis and implementation of policies for CL and employment promotion appropriate to the Bolivian context.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
