According to the World Bank, the objective of the project is to improve the utilization and quality of service delivery of essential health services with a particular focus on reproductive, maternal, child and adolescent health, and nutrition services for the population of Chad in project-supported areas, and to provide immediate and effective response to an eligible crisis or emergency.
