According to the Bank’s website, IFC is supporting Drenik ND d.o.o. (Drenik) in (i) developing the largest captive biomass power plant in Serbia to ensure stable energy supply for Drenik’s plant in Serbia and to materially reduce its CO2 footprint; (ii) refinancing its existing debt; and (iii) financing its permanent working capital needs.

If you submit a complaint to the CAO, they may assist you in resolving a dispute with the company and/or investigate to assess whether the IFC is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
