NXTP Ventures Fund III (“NXTP Fund III, LP”, “Fund III” or the Fund”), is a Cayman domiciled venture capital (VC) fund focused on investing in early-stage (Seed and Series A) technology companies in Latin America (LatAm). Fund III is targeting a total raise of US $110 million, with first close of $40 million planned in Q2 2022. Fund III is successor to NXTP Ventures II, a 2018 vintage fund with $31M in commitments, and NXTP Labs (Fund I), a 2013 vintage accelerator with $20M in commitments.
