According to the bank's website, "The proposed project is an equity investment of up to US$45 million in upGrad Education Private Limited (“upGrad”), a private limited company domiciled in India. upGrad is one of India's largest online higher education platforms with certificate, diploma and degree offerings across data, management, technology and law domains. It is focused on creating an alternate digital platform for college students and working professionals by providing industry-relevant certifications and degree courses in partnership with universities and corporates."
