Accorning to the bank website, "With this investment, FMO will support the penetration of renewable energy in the country’s energy mix and decrease dependence on fossil fuels. Economic growth is also supported with the development of renewable energy projects as jobs are created in often remote areas with an added benefit of obtaining reliable electricity. A complaint can be filed in writing, by email, post, or online. The complaint can be filed in English or any other language of the complainant. The Independent Complaints Mechanism is comprised of a three-member Independent Expert Panel and it can provide either problem-solving, compliance review or both, in either order.
