Project Description

According to the Bank's website, this project provides financing to SG Equipment Leasing Polska to finance small and medum-sized enterprises to lease equipment in order to undertake renewable energy, water and waste management sub-projects as part of a transition to a green economy. 

Sub-projects will be selected according to technical, financial and environmental eligibility criteria.

SG Equipment Leasing Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of Societe Generale Group and is a leasing company in Poland for equipment finance. The company provides leasing finance for assets including agricultural equipment, light and heavy vehicles, and construction machinery.

The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project.
