Project Description

According to the bank document, "Frontiir Co. Ltd. (the “Borrower”), an internet service provider (“ISP”), will use the proceeds of the $40 million USD  OPIC loan for the expansion of its broadband network
by financing the costs of:

a) capital expenditures for utility pole Wi-Fi access points, b) deploying a fiber-optic network, c) purchasing international bandwidth capacity contracts, and d) data center infrastructure (the “Project”)".
