Nur Navoi Solar_ Foreign Enterprise (NNS), a Limited Liability Company is the borrower for the loan and will build, own, and operate the project. Masdar is the sponsor of NNS. The project Power Purchase Agreement was signed with JSC National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan in 2019.
