According to ADB website, the cluster knowledge and support technical assistance (TA), which is composed of three subprojects, will support ADB's mandate to promote regional cooperation and integration (RCI) by strengthening the quality and impact of ADB's RCI knowledge products, particularly the Asian Economic Integration Report (AEIR), and RCI-related databases. The publications and databases can help provide research and data support for ADB management's participation in regional and global policy forums; deliver an information service for external clients in the policy arena, research, and development finance; and support ADB's knowledge and operational work on RCI.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main
