Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to ADB website, the project preparatory technical assistance (TA) is required to prepare a results-based lending (RBL) program for possible funding by the ADB. The TA will:

1. Work with the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (NHAR) to develop the RBL program design and management framework
2. Develop the methodology and data collection plan for the poverty focused rural road development plan and impact evaluation
3. Address the due diligence requirements and program assessment needed for RBL
4. Build knowledge and capacity in the executing agency (EA) to implement an RBL program
