IFC will provide transaction advisory support to the Government of the Philippines to assist in the implementation of the Clark Airport Project on Public-Private Partnership model by competitively selected private sector operators to build a new passenger terminal at Clark Airport. IFC's role will be to develop a sound transaction structure for the project, following IFCs standard governance for PPP transaction structuring.
IFC is also supporting Bases Conversion and Development Authority for the second transaction under Clark Airport project to identify a private partner to Operate and Maintain the airport, including both the existing and new terminals.
At the time of disclosure, the estimated total budget for the project was pending.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IFC
