According to the Bank's website, this project will prepare and implement a Road Sector Development Strategy to support improvements in service delivery in transport and guide road sector governance reforms in Uzbekistan. Private sector involvement in road financing will be explored, and public-private partnerships (PPPs) will be introduced.
