Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to the bank's website this project will provide financing to the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan to establish institutional arrangements at the local level for tech startups support. The project envisages provision of technical assistance to INNOLAND, Ganja State University, and Azerbaijan State Agrarian University to deliver start-up incubation and acceleration services in Ganja and Sheki towns.

The Innovation Center under the State Agency on Public Services and Social Innovations facilitates the development of tech startups across in the country.
