Project Description

La inversión propuesta consiste en un paquete de financiación subordinada no garantizada de hasta 10,25 años por un importe de 850 millones de dólares estadounidenses a Banco Industrial, SA (el “Banco” o “Banco Industrial”). Este paquete de financiación se compone de: (i) un préstamo subordinado de hasta 100 millones de dólares estadounidenses para cuenta propia de la IFC; y (ii) un préstamo B1 de hasta 750 millones de dólares estadounidenses (en conjunto, el proyecto “Préstamo C/B”) financiado mediante una emisión pública de bonos en los mercados internacionales de capitales a través de un formato 144A/Reg S y cotizado en la Bolsa de Luxemburgo.
