According to the IFC, the project consists of a venture debt investment of up to US$20 million in Dock Ltd, a leading provider of financial services infrastructure in Latin America. Dock’s solutions empower clients across diverse sectors –financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, retailers, and logistics companies - to deliver white-labeled financial products like accounts, credit cards, and payment services seamlessly and quickly. The investment will be used for general corporate purposes and expansion.
According to the Dock Ltd is a privately owned company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. Current major shareholders include Riverwood Capital, Viking Global, Sunley House, Capital Group and Visa.
