Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the proposed investment is (i) an equity investment up to US$20.35M in ACV Capital V L.P (“ACV Fund V” or “the Fund”) and (ii) a separate co-investment envelope up to US$20M to invest alongside ACV managed funds. ACV Fund V is a US$200M (target) Indonesia focused venture capital (VC) fund. The Fund will be managed by ACV Capital V G.P (“ACV” or “the Manager”). ACV Fund V shall make initial investments in Seed to Series A stage and make follow-on investments through Series B. The Fund will focus on climate tech, fintech, SME tech, eCommerce, edtech, and healthtech sectors.
