According to ADB website, The impact of the technical assistance (TA) will be that the National Sustainable Development Plan (NSDP) guides the implementation and monitoring of Vanuatu''s development vision and priorities. The outcome of the TA will be stronger government capacity for development planning and managing for development results. Safeguard categorization is not applicable according to ADB documents.
