This project finances the priority rehabilitation and modernization at the Qairokkum hydro power plant, the only power generation facility in the Sugd region of Northern Tajikistan. This includes replacing 4 generation units and rehabilitating related infrastructure to increase the installed capacity from 126MW to 174MW with new turbines.
The loan will be on-lent to Open Stock Holding Company "Barki Tojik" (OSHC Barki Tojik), an existing client of the Bank, a 100% state-owned vertically integrated power utility accounting for about 80% of domestic power output and responsible for transmission and distribution of electricity in most of Tajikistan.

You can contact the PCM at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can submit a complaint online using an online form, http://www.ebrd.com/eform/pcm/complaint_form?language=en.
