In line with the ADB's commitment to advancing public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Cambodia, the proposed TA will strengthen the capacity of senior and mid-career officials of the Royal Government of Cambodia to develop and manage PPPs through well-designed and targeted training activities in areas with potential for enhanced PPP initiatives. This will support improved analysis, formulation, and implementation of PPP projects, strengthen public sector institutional capacity to develop and catalyze pilot PPPs, and promote the more effective management and implementation of PPP projects to support sector development strategies across the economy.
The TA will assist the government to boost the levels of sector investment through building technical and management capacity of relevant institutions to identify, prepare, implement, and monitor PPP projects.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main
