Project Description

According to the bank's website "the Company is planning to expand the footprint of Healthway’s primary care and multi-specialty clinics and to establish and develop a new cancer hospital; and Ayala Corporation (“AC” or the “Sponsor”) plans to refinance its investments in the Healthway’s primary care and multi-specialty clinics and in the Cancer Hospital and to support the AC Health Subsidiaries’ technology initiatives (the “Project”)". Moreover, "IFC’s proceeds will be used for refinancing the investments of Ayala in Healthway and for the network expansion of Healthway’s primary care and multi-specialty clinics which is are currently in operation".
