According to IFC website, the Ciel Healthcare (CHL or the Company) is a Sub Saharan African healthcare platform with operations in Mauritius with C-Care Ltd. and Uganda with International Medical Group (IMG) as well as investment in Nigeria in Hygeia Nigeria Ltd. The Company is raising US$6.5 million to finance potential liquidity shortfall to be faced by IMG as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and refinance IMG existing debt to secure longer tenor with grace period that suits company’s needs.
