Project Description

According to bank documents, "The transaction TA facility will provide project preparation support, capacity building, and policy advice to two ensuing projects, comprising (i) Technical Education Modernization Project and (ii) Second Skills for Employment Investment Program. Both projects are in the technical education and skills development subsector."
