This project invests in JSC Bank Ipak Yuli for on-lending to clients in Uzbekistan. According to Bank documents, this investment will support the banking sector in Uzbekistan by promoting best practice standards in corporate governance, risk management, anti-corruption, and environmental and social safeguards, among others.
