Habi, a Colombian and Mexican PropTech company, is building the digital infrastructure for an efficient residential real estate market in Latin America. Currently, Habi operates in more than 15 cities in Mexico and Colombia, purchasing and selling residential properties through its data-driven online platform which aims to improve transparency, speed, access to liquidity and trust for low- and middle-income consumers in the housing sector.
IDB Invest considers providing a senior asset-backed revolving credit facility in Mexican pesos to a special purpose vehicle to be incorporated in Mexico (the "Borrower") for up to Mex$1,000,000,000(the "Financing"). The Financing will be used to originate and accumulate in the Borrower eligible assets in order to support Habi's expansion in Mexico.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
