Procsa is a family-owned company founded in 1960, whose main activity is the development, promotion, design, construction, and marketing of housing spaces in Mexico City (vertical housing) and the State of Mexico (horizontal housing).

The transaction is intended to finance land acquisition, refinance debt, and provide working capital for the development, construction, and marketing of vertical and horizontal housing (the "Project" or the "Transaction") in Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
