Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

The proposed transaction consists of an uncommitted reverse factoring revolving credit facility. The Facility will have an initial term of 12 months, renewable annually at the discretion of IDB Invest for amounts to be determined by the use of the credit facility. This Facility will be granted to Iochpe Sistemas Automotivos de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. to directly finance (i.e. acquire and deduct) creditor rights payable by Iochpe Mexico and/or its subsidiaries, prior confirmation by them, through an eligible electronic platform.
