(hereinafter "CHSA" or "the Company") requires a loan from IDB Invest to finance its portfolio companies' working capital requirements (hereinafter the "Project" or the "Facilities"). The proposed loan will be for a maximum of USD 5.0 million and will be structured as a senior secured loan with a five-year term."

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project.
