The proposed transaction consists of unsecured financing to Atlantic Bank Limited ("Atlantic Bank" or the "Bank") denominated in US dollars ("US$") for up to US$20 million; to be financed by IDB and IDB Invest (the "Project"). The Project's objective is to assist Atlantic Bank to improve access to funding for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises ("SMEs") mainly in the tourism sector.
IADB is also financing this same investment.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
