The objective is to help the Government of Montevideo City (IM) in the digital transformation process, including process such the maintenance of the infrastructure, the planning and transportation, and urban logistics operation, among others. Specifically, the TC will provide technical assistance for the centralization of all available sources of information about mobility, coming from inside and outside the IM, and proposing new methods of data analytics data for planning and operation; also, the TC will finance the development of innovative processes focused in the capture and processing of information, the process of public management, and the communication with the citizens to be responsible for services.
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
